Mistral AI introduces AI Agents
Mistral AI has announced the alpha release of "Agents" -- autonomous systems powered by advanced large language models (LLM). Agents can execute complex and multiple tasks based on high-level instructions, offering significant potential for automation across various industries.
Mistral AI said tha users can create and customize agents through two main methods: the user-friendly Agent Builder interface and a programmatic Agent API. Customization options include selecting models, adjusting output randomness, and providing specific instructions or examples to tailor agent behavior.
Different use cases agents can be deployed via API or Mistral's chat interface on Le Chat, making them versatile for various applications. The use cases range from language-specific assistants to specialized business process automation, leveraging the most advanced capabilities of Mistral's models.
The release of Agents is underpinned by the launch of Mistral Large 2, a model featuring 123 billion parameters and a context window of 128,000 tokens. This model supports over 80 coding languages and is designed to minimize inaccuracies, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the agents.
Mistral's Agents represent a significant advancement in AI technology, paving the way for more intelligent and efficient automation solutions.
